Abstract Background The problems associated with the poor water solubility of anticancer drugs are one most important challenges in achieving effective cancer therapy. present study was designed to evaluate effect scutellarein on human colon cells vitro by using a target α v β3 novel (Scu)-loaded niosome nanoparticle (β-CD-CL-Scu-cRGD). Results β-CD-CL-Scu-cRGD has diameter 140.2 nm and zeta potential − 11.3 mV constant physicochemical stability.
